How hard is it to produce images nowadays? How much do we still want to see of emotion and concepts in our shots?

Browsing the internet I have a feeling that conceptual photography hasn’t died, but when I jump on social networks and the algorithms show you the popular feeds I feel like the mass is going towards the non sense.

Where does inspiriration comes from today? We all get pumped with the same images..are we ready to take a step back and follow a different path? Can we look at things and use them to create something different instead of imitate?
